Skydiving out of the last Island Ford Tri-Motor
Anyone who remembers the movie Red Skies of Montana may remember seeing wildland firefighters parachuting out of a Ford Tri-Motor. Well they weren’t firefighters but skydivers who jumped from N7584 over Marysville, Ohio on September 13, 1987. N7584 was the last of the seven Ford Tri-motors to leave the island.
